I had a problem with my freesat box not having a signal. Once Tom did all his diagnostic tests and checked the dish he knew what the problem was and how to resolve it.

The guy came at very short notice on a Saturday morning. He was very friendly and efficient. He mounted a new TV on the wall and set it up. The price of £200 seemed a lot but it was good job
