The engineer turned up on time and explained what the problem was and installed new aerial and booster box. A bit expensive but worth it for reliable service.

You sent me your very best aerial technician. A 5 star man. He did an excellent job and stopped my TV from pixelating when it was raining. He found 3 faults which he corrected - what a great guy. Give him a pay rise.
