I had a problem with my freesat box not having a signal. Once Tom did all his diagnostic tests and checked the dish he knew what the problem was and how to resolve it.

Lost all channel signals. Adrian was brilliant. Arrived quickly. Took time to investigate the problem. Replaced the piece of aerial required leaving no mess. I would happily recommend it. First piece of luck this year.
